“Services”: any service agreed in contract to be provided by the Company to the Customer

“Customer”: the company, firm or person whom purchases Services from the Company

Access to this Website is permitted on a limited and temporary base. We give no warranty as to the uninterrupted availability of this Website, and reserve the right to limit, restrict or terminate your access to this Website at any time. We also reserve to right to edit, amend, delete, remove or modify any information, content, material or data on this Website without notice.

We do not accept any responsibility for any loss that may arise from access to or reliance upon information provided on this site or by any of our representatives. To the fullest extent permitted by English law, we exclude all liability for and direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage resulting from the use or inability to use this Website and any subsequent Services.

We cannot guarantee that any particular domain name can be registered for the purchaser, and until we specifically confirm with the customer, it cannot assumed that a particular domain name has been registered.

No order placed by the Customer shall be deemed accepted by the Company until written confirmation is issued by the Company or until Services are provided by Us to the Customer.

The Customer is obliged to ensure that any terms or details of the order are complete and accurate.

The customer is fully responsible for ensuring that the domain name does not infringe on the rights of any third party, and Just SEO is indemnified in respect to any such claims of infringement.

Expiration, Renewal and Transfer

All domains are renewed on an annual basis, we will send out reminder emails 30 days, 14 days, 7 days and 1 day before expiry. We will send the emails to the email address on the account, it is the registrant’s responsibility to make sure their contact details are up to date. Just SEO take no responsibility if your domain renewal fails due to your contact details being incorrect. If you do not wish to renew a domain please make sure you contact us a minimum of 14 days before your domain expires by emailing us at info@jseo.com. Alternatively you can set your domain to auto renew, this can be done by alerting us at the above email address or electronically online in your customer account. All domains will be auto renewed 14 days in advance of the domain name expiring and will be billed 30 days in advance.

If a domain name is renewed before its expiry date it will cost £15 for a one year period.

If you do not renew your domain before its expiry date it will have all services we provide suspended and you will have up to 30 days (protected period) after to renew the domain name at the original renewal fee. Please log into the client portal area to view renewal fees. After 30 days (Expiry Grace Period) your domain will be suspended and will go into a 60 day grace period (Redemption Grace Period) which you can still renew your domain name but with an additional redemption fee of £75 + VAT. This must be requested by email before the 75th day after your domain has expired, after 90 days your domain will be cancelled and deleted from the register following a further 5 day (Pending Delete Grace Period) window in which it cannot be renewed. Just SEO will not guarantee the renewal of a domain name.

If a Customer wishes to terminate their contract with us, and subsequently transfer their domain to another registrar we must be notified in writing, written or electronically at info@jseo.com. Fees of £30 per domain will be applicable.

Intellectual Property Rights

We are the owner of all intellectual property rights in this Website, and in all the material published on it. All material and works are protected by international copyright laws and treaties. All such rights are reserved.

A single copy or download of any page(s) from this Website is permissible only for personal reference. Attention may be draw to others regarding material on this Website only if they are concerned or involved with the Customer’s use of this Website and subsequent Services.

You must not make a modified copy, physical or digital, of any of the material on this Website in any way, and you must not use any material or information separately from any other accompanying material.

You must not use any part of the material on this Website, or material and information gained from subsequent Services, for commercial purposes without first obtaining a license to do so from us.

If you print, copy or download any part of this Website in a manner that breaches these Terms and Conditions your right to use our site and Services will immediately cease and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies made.
